Privacy
An issue is either Public or Private. A private issue is visible only to the people involved with it — the creator, the assignee, and the distribution list.
Setting privacy at creation
The create form carries a 🔒 Private switch, off by default. Turn it on before you submit and the issue is private from the moment it exists — including when it is created offline and sent from the queue later.
Make Private
From the detail screen, Make Private is available in the ⋯ menu and asks for confirmation before it applies. A lock icon in the title bar then marks the issue as private.
Every action form also carries a Private toggle, so you can make an issue private at the same time as completing, closing, reassigning, reopening or updating it. (The Cancel form is the exception — it hides the toggle.)
:::caution Make Private is one-way Turning privacy on cannot be undone from the mobile app. If the issue is already private the action has no effect, and there is no way to switch it back to public on mobile. This matches how the system behaves. Decide before you confirm. :::
No Restricted level
Issues have no "Restricted" level — only Public and Private. (Restricted exists in the Submittal module on web; it does not apply to issues on either platform.)
