Overview
The Milestone module presents the project schedule as a full-height Gantt chart β a split panel with a data grid (the milestone tree) on the left and a timeline chart on the right, comparable to MS Project or Primavera. Users plan and track the schedule, manage the hierarchy and dependencies, follow the critical path, and export to Excel, PDF, or MPP XML.

Add & Edit Milestones
Prerequisites: milestone write access; deleting also requires delete access. In a completed project the module is read-only and these actions are hidden.
Hierarchy & Reordering
Milestones form a tree β parents summarize their children. Expand all / Collapse all on the toolbar open or close the whole tree.
