Overview
The mobile Issue module lets field users — engineers, supervisors, QA/QC staff, subcontractors — create, browse, track, comment on, and action issues directly on site, including while there is no signal.
The Issue List
On mobile the issue list is a single-column, edge-to-edge card list — not the dense table you see on web. Each issue is one card, sized to be read and tapped with one hand.

Create an Issue
On mobile, an issue is always created from a location pin on a DMap — there is no "new issue" button on the issue list. Open the drawing, place or select the pin where the problem is, and create the issue from there. This guarantees every issue captured in the field carries its exact position on the drawing.
The Detail Screen
Tapping a card opens the issue full screen — mobile has no side panel.
Workflow Actions
Six actions move an issue through its lifecycle on mobile: Complete, Close, Cancel, Reassign, Update, and Reopen. (Open is recorded automatically at creation and is never performed by hand.)
Privacy
An issue is either Public or Private. A private issue is visible only to the people involved with it — the creator, the assignee, and the distribution list.
Attachments & Media
Capturing evidence is what the phone is for. Attachments can be added on the create form, in any action form, and on comments.

How it works
Working Offline & Sync
This is the mobile app's most distinctive capability, and it has no equivalent on the web. Everything you do on site — creating, commenting, actioning — is stored durably on the device and sent automatically when connectivity returns. Nothing is lost if you close the app, and nothing blocks you while the signal is gone.
Offline Mode & Sync Management
The app goes offline by itself when the signal drops. It also lets you turn offline on deliberately, and gives you a set of screens to watch and control everything waiting to be sent.
Web ↔ Mobile Differences
Mobile and web work on the same issue data. What differs is the interaction model — and a set of features that live deliberately on one platform or the other.
